Ordering from Jazzwise could not be simpler...
ONLINE:
Browse through the items and read more details by clicking on the item. To make a purchase, click on the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" buttons. The item(s) will then be added to your cart. When you are ready, you can proceed to the checkout. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to create an account. Returning customers simply login using the email address and password associated with the account.
Jazzwise's Checkout is all on one page. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be transferred to the SagePay site to complete payment ... it's that simple!
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS, BACK-ORDERS
If an item is currently marked 'out of stock' on the store, you can be notified by email when it comes back into stock. Simply log in to your Account, go to the Extra Details tab of the item's product page and click 'Notify me of updates'. This will add the item to your Notifications list in your Account.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable in sufficient quantity, you can still place an order for it by phone (see below). We will order it for you and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. If we can't ship all your items together in one order, we normally split your order so you receive as much of your order as possible within our stated delivery time. Any outstanding items will be listed as backordered on your Receipt/Delivery note. You are not charged a second delivery fee for split orders.

The Jazzwise office is staffed Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.30pm. Outside office hours, please leave orders on our answering machine. When leaving a message please speak clearly and state:
1. Your full name; 2. Card holder address (and delivery address if different); 3. Order code & title of each item you wish to order; 4. Payment card details; 5. Daytime telephone number.
BY POST:
UK customers - send completed orders (with a UK cheque payable to Jazzwise or credit/debit card details) to: Freepost Jazzwise.
Overseas orders from outside UK - must be prepaid and addressed to: Jazzwise, 2(b) Gleneagle Mews, Ambleside Avenue, London SW16 6AE, UK.
BY FAX:
If you are ordering on behalf of an organisation and wish to pay on invoice, please fax your order through to us on paper displaying your organisation's letterhead. Our fax number is +44 (0)20 86777128.

"I've having difficulty completing an order - the system tells me I'm missing an address or won't accept my postcode"

"I can't login to my account anymore; I've forgotten my password"
Please use Password Recovery to be sent an email to your account address containing a new password.
Unfortunately we can't tell you your old password. It's encrypted and inaccessible to us.
"I've placed an order online with Jazzwise but not received a Confirmation email from you. Why not?"
If you successfully place an order online through the Jazzwise Shop, you should receive a confirmation email from us within minutes, as well as a payment notification email from Sagepay, our payment gateway.
AOL email account holders - AOL operates a filtering system that blocks emails from addresses not in your Contacts list. Check your 'Spam' folder. To receive Confirmation emails from us, you need to add *@jazzwise.com to your Contacts' list.
