At Jazzwise we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We promise to keep your data safe and confidential and we will never disclose your contact information to any third parties whatsoever. It is not our policy to inundate you with unwanted mail or unsolicited emails. If you don't want to receive catalogues from us please Contact Us and ask to be removed from our mailing list. All our email newsletters are 'opt in'. We include an unsubscribe link at the end of each email newsletter so you can leave at any time.

Online Store
When you create a customer account on the Jazzwise online store, the following information is stored on our secure, SSL THAWTE certified, dedicated server:

• Your name, billing and delivery address(es) and email address
• Your Order History

We do not store your card details online. All online payments are processed securely through Sage Pay®, a PCI compliant payment service provider.  See our Payment page for more details.

Email newsletters
Jazzwise promises never to share your email address with anyone.
We include an unsubscribe link in every email we send you, so you can leave whenever it suits you. It is our policy never to send unsolicited emails. All our email lists are 'double opt-in'. This means that after signing up you will receive a second email to verify your email address before you start receiving information from Jazzwise. This protects you against a third party signing up your email address without your consent. It also means we can be certain that we have your permission to send you emails. Please note that to stop receiving email newsletters all you need to do is use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us.

Jazzwise Direct mailing list
It is not our intention to bombard you with unsolicited mail. We do send out Jazzwise Direct catalogues and marketing information for Jazzwise magazine and the Jazzwise Summer School from time to time. This is a free service to our customers. If you do not wish to receive mail please Contact Jazzwise and ask us to remove your name from the mailing list.
