Jazzwise Summer Festival Gigs at the Bull’s Head, Barnes
26 July to 1 August 2008

Jazzwise teams up again with The Bull’s Head, Barnes to present four special gigs during the week of the Jazzwise Summer School. Top-flight US and British jazz artists are featured, most of them also doubling by day as tutors at the Jazzwise Summer School.

All of the American musicians and most of the British musicians work together as tutors at the Jazzwise Summer School with Jamey Aebersold at Richmond Adult Community College (27 July – 1 August). Over the past two decades this course has fostered enduring musical partnerships between many of these US and British players, resulting in tours and concerts in the US, UK and Europe.

All four gigs are at the The Bull’s Head, Barnes
