The acclaimed jazz-electronica four-piece band head out on a series of dates to support their new album Blink
Lucid Dreamers, the band led by singer Brigitte Beraha and featuring pianist Alcyona Mick, saxophonist George Crowley and percussionist Tim Giles, are touring to support the of their new album, Blink (out in May) and their eponymous debut from 2020.
Juxtaposing acoustic and electronic elements, Beraha’s otherworldly vocalese functions like another instrument among the multi-layered sounds of piano, sax, drums and effects. This compelling line-up host a series of master classes and live shows on a UK tour with dates including: Masterclass, Leeds Conservatoire (daytime, 25 Mar), Heart Arts Centre, Headingley (evening, 25 Mar); Jazz North East's 'Women Make Music' Series, Newcastle (27 Mar); Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall, York (27 Mar); Jazz workshop, York University (daytime 28 Mar); Yellow Arch, Sheffield (evening, 28 Apr) and Wakefield Jazz (29 Apr).
