Jonathan Gee Trio take flight for Dragonfly dates

Pianist and singer Jonathan Gee plays series of live dates around the south and south west of England this month with his trio of bassist Marcus Vergette and drummer Andy Trim.

Playing original music from Gee’s acclaimed album, Dragonfly, the group also explore reworked classics by Thelonious Monk, The Beatles, and Stevie Wonder alongside well-known jazz standards.

Dates are: Village Vanguard, Globe Inn, Chagford, West Devon (8 Dec); Bread and Roses, Plymouth (9 Dec); St Ives Jazz Club, Great Western Hotel, Cornwall (10 Dec) and Sound Cellar at The Blue Boar, Poole (12 Dec).
