Singer Brigitte Beraha tours

Up and coming singer Brigitte Beraha is about to embark on a substantial tour in the company of trumpeter Joe Auckland and pianist Ivo Neame, one of the new lights coming up out of the London-based Loop ColIective. Brigitte says: “The material we will be performing is a new project of original music often described as melodic contemporary jazz with world and latin flavours, as well as jazz and latin standards with our own twists,” and the band will be recording a new album at the end of June after the tour.
The dates are: Guy’s Hospital, London (28 May, lunchtime); Vortex, London (29 May) St Thomas’ Hospital London (30 May, lunch); Cannington Music, Bridgwater (30 May) Bar 27, Somerset (31 May) Freshwater Memorial Hall, Isle of Wight (1 June); Marine Theatre, Lyme Regis (2 June); Rosie's Vineyard, Portsmouth (3 June); The Prom, Bristol (4 June); St Ives Jazz Club, Cornwall (5 June); Dempsey’s, Cardiff (6 June); Edge Arts Centre, Shropshire (7 June); Cinnamon Club, Altrincham (8 June); Zeffirelli’s, Ambleside (9 June); Leith Jazz Festival (10 June) Lyth Arts Centre (12 June); Boardroom, Aberdeen (13 June) and Kingsley Theatre, Redditch (15 June).
