This year's Grammy Awards saw several significant wins in the jazz-related categories including the first ever female winner in the Best Instrumental Jazz Album category for drummer Terri Lyne Carrington (pictured left) and her Mingus/Ellington/Roach-inspired album Money Jungle: Provocative In Blue.
